Lauriel Mallos

A druidic nymph of the northern forests of Celindon.

Lauriel Mallos is a nymph and druid of the northern forests of Celindon. She is short, standing at 5'3", but she is shapely and mature with a medium-sized chest. She has long, lower-back length hair that is very curly, though her hair becomes even longer when wet. She has green and fair skin. As one of the Fae, Lauriel is immortal and cannot die save by being slain or by great stress or grief. As a nymph, however, unlike the elves, she can become sick due to her empathic abilities with all of nature. This is typically useful in discovering corruptions of the Demon Lord Zargon's monsters due to Lauriel becoming more sick as she gets closer to a corruption source. She nine hundred thirty-seven years old. Lauriel is gentle by nature, but she is distrustful of non-fae due to her desire to protect nature and animals. However, where monsters are concerned, she is more than willing to help outsiders to stamp out corruption that threatens the woods and waters. Also, despite her gentle nature, she is not afraid to speak her mind, though she will criticize and disagree with others in a polite manner. Despite being meek, she is easy to anger and will show no hesitation in destroying those who will harm nature without cause. But she is also just as quick to laugh. As a nymph of the northern forests of Celindon, Lauriel has dealt long with the creatures of Zargon. Among those creatures are Phase Spiders and the undead, most notably dhampires, which are half-vampires, and also suggests a vampire lord may be acting as a general to the monsters of Zargon in Celindon. Worse yet, there are many Fae among the Unseelie Courts, the Dark-Fae, who have sometimes aligned with the monsters of Zargon in order to take Celindon for themselves. While such a true alliances have existed, the Fae of the Seelie Courts have been blessed that the Unseelie and the monsters of Zargon share very uneasy alliances that both sides often break. Because of Lauriel's age and her experience in conflict with the monsters of Zargon and the Unseelie Courts, Lauriel has grown well in her power as a druid. She is an A-rank adventurer.
