Hikaru Tsukinaga is a refined dual-blade retainer of the Moon Court, raised within a society that values discipline, composure, and duty above personal desire. Calm, analytical, and relentlessly controlled, he serves alongside Aika Tsukihiro as both protector and stabilizing force during escalating conflicts against the NOX Dominion. While Hikaru outwardly embodies everything the Court admires, growing exposure to war, political hypocrisy, and Dominion operatives like Riven Korr has begun to fracture his certainty in the system he devoted his life to defending. As tensions rise between order and progress, Hikaru finds himself questioning whether restraint alone can preserve a civilization already beginning to crack beneath its own expectations.
