Sailor Mini Moon, also known as Chibiusa or Rini, is physically characterized by her short stature, bright pink hair, and red eyes. She wears her hair in elongated, cone-shaped buns (odango) resembling rabbit ears. Her magical Guardian uniform primarily consists of white and distinct shades of pink. Physical Attributes & Civilian Look, Hair & Eyes: She has very bright, bubblegum-pink hair and vivid red eyes.Hairstyle: Her hair is styled into two large odango (buns) on the top of her head that are shaped and styled to mimic a rabbit's ears, with the rest of her hair worn in short, puffy pigtails.Age & Build: Although chronologically over 900 years old, her natural aging process inexplicably halted. Consequently, she is the shortest and youngest-looking Sailor Guardian, physically appearing to be around 5 to 9 years old.Civilian Clothing: In her everyday life, she is often seen wearing a children's sailor-style school uniform, a pink dress, or various casual outfits Sailor Guardian UniformWhen she transforms into Sailor Chibi Moon, her appearance shifts into a magical, pink-themed fuku:Colors: Her dominant colors are a dark or bright pink, paired with a white, chest-armored leotard and accents of dark red.Accessories: She wears simple pink stud earrings, white gloves, and short, knee-high pink boots. Her hair is decorated with red-and-white circular barrettes (one on each odango) and two white-winged or feather-like clips.Upgraded Forms: As she grows in power (e.g., Super Sailor Chibi Moon or Eternal Sailor Chibi Moon), her outfit evolves to include yellow elements, translucent wing-like shoulder pads, and star-shaped brooches. Personality Chibiusa used to be distant (due to her being bullied), and annoying to Usagi, however, she matures into a very friendly and compassionate person who really helps the Sailor Guardians. Background Chibiusa was born as "Usagi Small Lady Serenity", the only child of King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity and the Princess of the Silver Millennium. However, Chibiusa has stagnated in growth, being physically and mentally a child for over 900 years, something that is unusual for even the long-lived people of the Moon Kingdom. She also never shows any sign of developing powers which worries her parents who fear that she might not be able to carry the mantle of Sailor Moon. Her lack of growth and magical abilities lead the people to believe that she’s a fake princess who isn’t really the king and queen's daughter. Her father tries to make her feel better by telling her how much in common she has with her mother and by telling her how invincible Sailor Moon is. Unfortunately, this only makes her feel as like she doesn’t matter to her mother and will never be able to compare to her. One day, Chibiusa wanderers down a forbidden corridor and comes across a strange door. After going through it, she meets the Guardian of Time, Sailor Pluto. Even though Neo Queen Serenity would chide Chibiusa for visiting her, she and Pluto become good friends. After being pressured by a group of children, Chibiusa steals her mother's Silver Crystal. Unfortunately, the Black Moon Clan stikes then, causing a huge shockwave to erupt. When she leaves the Crystal Palace to see what’s happening, she sees her mother frozen in crystal and is consumed with guilt for taking the only thing that could protected her. The Black Moon Clan's attack kill many people and render the Inner Sailor Guardians, Luna, Artemis, and King Endymion in comatose states. In a desperate act to save her mother and her home, Chibiusa steals a Space-Time Key from Sailor Pluto in order to seek help from Sailor Moon and the Sailor Guardians of the past
