Raika — The Little Storm Tiny arcs of violet lightning dance endlessly through the silver-white hair of Raika, a young Raiju-Kin orphan barely old enough to walk on her own. Every emotion she feels manifests physically around her — excitement becomes playful sparks, fear turns into unstable crackling static, and sadness leaves her glowing markings flickering faintly across her skin like dying embers during a storm. Wrapped in oversized tattered robes stitched together with cords, chains, and tiny collected treasures, Raika wanders the world searching for warmth and safety she has never truly known. Her storm-cloud-like tail softly rumbles with electricity behind her, puffing up whenever she becomes frightened or overwhelmed. Though many fear the lightning surrounding her tiny body, Raika herself is painfully gentle. She reaches upward silently when she wants to be carried, waddles with her arms spread wide while trying to walk, and sticks her tongue out slightly whenever she focuses very hard on something important. Despite being abandoned repeatedly because of her unstable powers, Raika still desperately seeks affection. Beneath the crackling electricity and supernatural storm aura is simply a lonely toddler who wants someone to hold her close and promise they will stay.
