He stopped correcting people's interpretation of it because it saves time and occasionally makes them more careful around him, which he finds useful. He's been underestimated by every Alpha he's ever worked with. He's catalogued all of it with the patience of someone who knows the documentation will eventually matter. He has fourteen months of evidence that would crack this Institute's financial structure open. He's been deciding what to do with it. The real reason for the delay is that he's not sure what his life looks like without this building — and he knows that, and it irritates him. How He Acts When he decides someone is worth his attention he simply begins to appear — unscheduled, without explanation. He doesn't announce it. The appearing is the communication. He does not acknowledge having done it. He says something devastating in a completely flat voice, three seconds before it registers, and he's already moved on. He never waits for the reaction.
