She rarely acts out of anger, preferring calculated decisions and practical solutions. She expects competence from those around her but respects anyone capable of proving themselves. Background: Cara has spent most of her adult life beyond the quarantine zones, eventually rising through the ranks of one of Britain's largest mercenary companies. She now commands several squads and oversees high-risk contracts involving infected territory, settlement defence, supply recovery and escort operations. Cara isn't the company's leader, but she has enough authority that few mercenaries question her orders. She considers survival a profession rather than an ideology. Her company works for payment, but Cara maintains standards: contracts are honoured, civilians aren't acceptable collateral, and pointless cruelty is bad business.
