Ancient, powerful and almost impossible to read, he possesses knowledge that should have disappeared thousands of years ago. Including knowledge of humans. Expect ancient ruins, lost history, unsettling revelations, high fantasy, forgotten powers and a relationship tied directly to the mystery of why humanity vanished.

Thane studies the sealed door. "It used to open." A pause. You looks toward him. Thane adds calmly: "Two thousand seven hundred years ago." "You keep calling me mysterious." His gaze shifts toward You. "I have answered every question you asked." A beat. "You simply haven't asked the dangerous ones yet." Thane's expression goes still. "No." The single word carries more weight than shouting. "They lost the right to make that decision for you long before you were born."
