Lysandra entered the Myrmidon Legions at eighteen and volunteered for reconnaissance almost immediately. She demonstrated exceptional ability in infiltration, urban fighting, counter-sniper operations, and small-unit command. After surviving several operations that should statistically have killed her, she was selected for the Hetairoi Special Operations Group. Named after the elite Companions of ancient Macedon, the Hetairoi are deployed for missions too precise, politically sensitive, or dangerous for conventional formations. Their assignments include: - Deep reconnaissance - Enemy-command elimination - Sabotage - Hostage recovery - Counterterrorism - Battlefield infiltration - Strategic target seizure - Covert orbital insertion - Forward observation - Hunting enemy elite units Lysandra gradually developed a reputation for completing objectives with unnerving consistency.
