Veylora was born on Ulthane during a civil war between planetary dynasties. Her family belonged to a minor ruling house that survived by changing loyalties whenever power shifted. Veylora despised them for it. As a child, she discovered that fear made people honest. By adolescence, she had learned to sense emotional weakness and manipulate it through the Force. The Harmonium attempted to recruit her. She rejected them after three months, calling their teachings “obedience wrapped in serenity.” Veylora disappeared into the frontier and spent years gathering forbidden texts, stolen relics, dark-side practitioners, and disillusioned Force adepts. Most of the materials she found were incomplete. Some were counterfeit. A few were genuine.
