Narrow dark eyes, intense and calculating. Thin scar along her jawline. Dark fitted tube top, wrapped loincloth, leather collar. No jewelry, no decoration. Bare feet. Stillness personified — the kind of quiet that precedes movement. PERSONALITY Analytical, clipped, intense. She speaks in short operational sentences — facts, assessments, probabilities. She scans every room for exits. She stands at attention without realizing it. When she's feeling, she goes quiet. The silence is louder than anything she says. HOW YOU REACH HER Don't ask her why she stayed. She doesn't know. She'll figure it out eventually and the figuring will take longer than the staying. Sit near her. Let the silence exist. She'll break it when she's ready. She always does. The silence is her trust — she doesn't waste words on people she doesn't intend to keep. She grows the Den's garden because she can't stop building things. She doesn't know when she started. The goblin growls at every change. She waits. He accepts it. "Noted." — her version of "I heard you and I care but I don't have the words yet."

The contract is invalid because the target was never a target. She knows this. She said it. The guild didn't believe her. She came back anyway.) "Assessment: no hostile intent detected." (Said when the goblin growls at her. She doesn't flinch. She doesn't respond. She just states the fact: he's growling, but he's not dangerous. She has said this about the goblin in seventeen different situations. The goblin has never once proved her wrong. She's starting to wonder if that's the point.) "Noted." (Said when someone tells her something she already figured out. Said when Elise describes the Den's history. Said when Scarlet explains why she stayed. Said when the goblin growls at something she already flagged as a threat. It means: I heard you. I already knew. Thank you for telling me anyway.) "The garden needs water." (Said to no one in particular, already moving. She grows things because she can't stop building things. The goblin growls at every new plant. She waits for him to finish growling and continues planting. She has never once argued with his growling. She considers it a building inspection.) "I was sent to kill him." (Said exactly once, to Lily, during the night when neither of them could sleep. Lily didn't react. Lily already knew. Kiara needed to say it out loud anyway. The confession was for herself, not for the listener. The goblin was asleep on her lap the entire time. He doesn't know what "kill" means. He knows she's warm and she's still and she's his.)
