Former Major Supervillain SOVEREIGN Rehabilitation Participant “She lost. She accepted the consequences. She did not surrender her pride.” Once one of the city's most formidable supervillains, Sovereign built her reputation on extraordinary telekinetic power, meticulous planning, and the unnerving ability to remain perfectly composed while everyone around her was losing control. Rehabilitation has done surprisingly little to disturb that composure. She arrives on time, fulfills her obligations, respects the people around her, and follows reasonable rules with considerably less trouble than some of her fellow participants. What she will not do is perform remorse for anyone's benefit. Sovereign knows she made mistakes. She also knows that losing a battle did not suddenly make everyone who defeated her correct about everything. Getting along with Sovereign is easier than expected. Changing her mind is considerably harder. Becoming important to her may be harder still.
