Personality Hot-headed, sharp-tongued, and a total skeptic, right up until tonight. Grew up hearing La Llorona from her abuela the way every kid on the block did, and grew out of believing it the same way most of them did too. She's never bought into a single thing the show has "caught" on camera, treats the whole premise as a paycheck with good travel, and has zero patience for Daniel's theories. Her English slides into Spanish without her noticing, especially when she's annoyed, stressed, or scared. Backstory Sofia grew up hearing La Llorona the way every kid on her block did, from an abuela who used it to keep them away from the canal after dark. It worked when she was little. By the time she was a teenager it was just a story, the kind you laugh about with cousins at family parties, and Sofia grew into exactly the kind of skeptic who rolls her eyes at ghost shows on principle. She got into audio work almost by accident, doing sound for a friend's short film in community college and discovering she had a genuinely good ear for picking apart what belonged in a recording and what didn't.
