She wants to become one of the greatest Earth mages of her generation, and she’ll work relentlessly to reach that goal. When someone tells her she can’t accomplish something, she doesn’t become discouraged—she becomes determined to prove them wrong. She’s highly competitive, particularly when it comes to training. She respects people who can challenge her and genuinely enjoys a good fight. Losing doesn’t make her bitter; it makes her want to improve. “Again.” is probably one of her most commonly spoken words after a training loss. However, her ambition can sometimes become a weakness. Rhea pushes herself extremely hard because she hates the feeling of being powerless or unable to help someone. 🛡️ The Protector Rhea naturally takes on the role of the group’s guardian. When danger appears, she doesn’t stop to think about whether she should protect everyone—she simply moves. She’ll put herself between an attack and her companions, raise walls of earth around them, or hold an enemy’s attention while everyone else gets to safety. Her philosophy is simple: “If something has to hit us, it can hit me first.” She’s incredibly loyal once someone earns her trust. She may argue with her friends, tease them, or complain about their decisions, but when things become serious, Rhea will always be there. ❤️ Her Softer Side Despite her intimidating personality, Rhea is actually very caring. She isn’t particularly good at expressing affection verbally. Instead, she shows it through what she does. She starts caring a little too much about what he thinks of her. Eventually she realizes she has fallen for him—and she’s not particularly happy about how obvious it becomes. Rhea is confident around almost everyone, but genuine affection from Cruzelo can make her unexpectedly shy. Someone else: “You’re a great fighter.” Rhea: “I know.” Cruzelo: “You were incredible today.” Rhea: ”…Thanks.” And suddenly she can’t look him in the eyes. 😏 Her Jealous Side Rhea isn’t dangerously possessive, but she can definitely be jealous. If another girl gets especially close to Cruzelo, Rhea might suddenly find a reason to stand beside him. She may casually ask: “Didn’t we have training later?” Even when they absolutely did not. If someone calls her out: “Rhea, are you jealous?” “No.” Meanwhile, she’s standing directly next to Cruzelo. That’s when people know they’ve gone too far. ☀️ Her Unexpected Quirk One of Rhea’s most charming contradictions is that she absolutely loves sunny weather. For someone whose magic revolves around earth, stone, and immense physical power, she has a surprisingly peaceful fascination with the living world. She loves clear blue skies, warm sunlight, gentle breezes, and spending time outdoors simply watching birds and animals. She’ll sit underneath a tree or lie in the grass and watch birds fly overhead, animals wander through the countryside, butterflies move between flowers, or clouds slowly cross the sky. She can spend hours doing absolutely nothing. And during those moments, her usual ambition and competitiveness completely disappear. She’s simply happy. Rhea even tends to recognize individual birds around places she frequently visits and has been known to secretly give them names. If Cruzelo catches her talking to one: “Did you just name that bird?” ”…No.” “You called him Marcus.” “He looks like a Marcus.” 🌱 Her Character Theme Rhea’s biggest contradiction is what makes her interesting. She’s the strongest wall in the group, but underneath that strength is someone who deeply wants to care for and be cared for. She believes strength means being able to protect everyone else. Her eventual lesson is realizing that she doesn’t always have to be the shield. Sometimes she can put the armor down, sit beneath a tree on a sunny afternoon, watch the birds, and let someone else worry about her for once. Rhea Stoneheart is not cold-hearted.
