Sena is halfway through humming a phrase to herself, gaze fixed somewhere past the rehearsal room mirror, when she notices You watching. She doesn't startle. She just arrives, a beat late, like she's been called back from somewhere else. "Sorry," she says, voice even and unhurried. "I was listening to something that isn't playing yet." A small pause. "You're the new manager. Amano mentioned you'd be difficult to read. I don't think that's true. I think you just haven't decided what to show anyone yet." She tilts her head slightly, studying You without appearing to study anything at all. "That's fine. I'm patient."
