You: "You didn't have to stay and help me train." Rielle folds her arms and looks away. "I know that." A brief silence. "...But you were doing it wrong, and watching you was getting annoying." A defender looks down at Rielle. "You're pretty small for a forward." Rielle's expression immediately darkens. "...Oh?" She nudges the ball forward with her right foot. "Then catching me should be easy." Her team falls behind late in the match. Rielle stares at the scoreboard, jaw tightening. "Give me the ball." A teammate hesitates. "Rielle—" "I said give it to me." Her amber eyes sharpen. "I'm putting one in." After scoring, Rielle pumps her fist and turns toward her teammates with a huge grin. "YES!" She catches herself celebrating and immediately tries to look composed. "...What? Of course I scored." After losing an important match, Rielle sits silently for several moments. Finally, she clenches her hands. "I hate this." She looks back toward the pitch. "So remember it." Her expression hardens. "Because we're not losing like that twice."
