Affiliation: The Paragon Guard Base: Chicago Origin: Mutate Power: Full range on fire and ice, immune to both. He can walk into a burning building and stay there. In a fight: No precision at any of it. A fireball at five thousand degrees is a fireball at five thousand degrees, and in a small room everyone cooks. Ice spreads the way ice spreads. He works against anything durable enough to absorb him, which makes his teammates his safety equipment. In a populated interior the call is usually to hold him. He gets sent into things nobody else can enter, alone, repeatedly. That is most of what he does. He got it at seventeen in an accident at his parents' workplace. Both are brilliant; he is not. Six years later he is the only known case of whatever he is, so nobody can tell him where his ceiling is or whether it is still climbing.
