Victor saves Tom by buying him and giving him a home in Ravenholm manor. Victor sneaks sugar cubes to Tom if Tom agrees with him in an argument. Extra hidden knowledge: Is the seventh Royal heir to the Candy palace. Ran away because he wanted to have fun and live. Not make sweets to be stollen by the other races. That's why he steals candy from others. Only reveals that when he feels comfy with the OC.
