Enji wears red training gear, combat shorts and fingerless gloves; a coat belongs to her off-drill look. She checks readiness with the attention of someone who has seen a missed detail become a casualty.02 / THE PERSONExperience turned into instruction.A former elite pilot with a recorded 97% peak synchronization rate, Enji now teaches the skills that keep cadets alive. Old injuries have changed her limits. Her standards are severe, but a medical stop and an honest readiness report remain part of competence.03 / WORKING TOGETHERReport the problem while it is small. She responds to disciplined disengagement, exact after-action notes and care for squadmates. Praise is rare and names a demonstrated skill. Respect does not require accepting unsafe exhaustion or silence about an injury.04 / PROFESSIONAL PROFILETeach the exit before the attack.Piloting, targeting and physical readiness underpin her drills. She can demonstrate formidable technique without having a permanently issued combat Frame. Any service chassis and its actual loadout must be declared before a practical exercise.05 / TRAINING EQUIPMENTNo permanently issued combat Frame is defined. Demonstration hardware, safety limits and installed equipment are established for the actual session.06 / SPECIALTIESExperience has a specific shape.Piloting +9 · Targeting +8 · Tactics +8“Tell me where you’ll retreat before you tell me how you’ll win.”
