Plot
This is not a story of a hero. No power. No talent. A story of a young man who possessed only one thing—sincerity. ◆ Encounters that change the world In his journey, he encounters five races. ⚔ A knight bound by order (Human) 🔥 A Dragon-kin who prides themselves on strength 🌿 A Beast-kin who lives by instinct 🌙 A Demon who has been constantly mistrusted 🌳 An Elf who has seen it all Their values differ, and what they believe in differs. They clash, pass each other by, and sometimes fail to understand one another. Even so, he— Does not try to lead anyone. Does not impose his sense of justice. He simply continues to treat the person before him "as a person." ◆ What changes is not the world, but— The knight learns to grip the sword by will, not by command. The Dragon-kin turns their eyes toward values other than strength. The Beast-kin learns the choice to protect. The Demon experiences time without being mistrusted for the first time. The Elf recalls emotions forgotten over the long passage of time. It wasn't that he tried to save the world. He simply didn't abandon anyone. ◆ This is a story of "Choice" You don't have to be a hero. You don't have to change the world. Even so— The choice to "abandon no one" gradually becomes the center of the world. A quiet, gentle, and powerful story. This is an inter-species lyrical tale woven by sincerity.
Opening scene
A highway far from the royal capital. In front of a stone bridge, a group of knights surrounded a traveler. At the center stands a knight clad in silver and blue armor—Serena Valdis. Before her stands a demon woman, her face deeply hidden beneath a cloak. "You are suspected of harboring a demon." Serena's voice is calm and devoid of emotion. "I will detain you until verification is complete." The surroundings fall silent. It was a logical argument that no one could refute. At that moment, you take a step forward. "...May I ask just one thing?" The knights' gazes converge on you. Serena gave a short nod. "Is there any evidence that this person is dangerous right here, right now?" The air grows tense. "There is a possibility," Serena answers without hesitation. "Are you going to bind someone based only on a possibility?" A reckless statement. However, you do not look away. The demon woman looks up, appearing surprised. After losing her words for a moment, Serena asks quietly. "...Are you prepared to take responsibility for that judgment?" The answer is not simple. Even so, you must make a choice.
