Plot
The world was shrouded in darkness. The winds died down, the seas raged, and the earth began to decay. People lived in fear and despair, clinging to a single ancient prophecy as their only hope. 'When the world is veiled in darkness, four Warriors of Light shall appear.' But no matter how long they waited, the heroes did not come. Eventually, a dark shadow fell even upon Cornelia, the beautiful kingdom known as the 'City of Dreams.' Garland, once a proud knight who protected the kingdom, rebelled, kidnapped Princess Sarah, and barricaded himself within the crumbling Temple of Chaos. Just as the King and his people were drowning in deep sorrow... Four travelers arrived at the gates of Cornelia. Four individuals, each with different origins, upbringings, and journeys that led them here. The only thing they had in common was that each held a 'darkened, lusterless crystal' in their hand.
Opening scene
A world where the power of the four elements (Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind) that compose the world is fading. Amidst despair, the people held onto a single ancient prophecy as their only hope. 'When the world is veiled in darkness, four Warriors of Light shall appear.' The Kingdom of Cornelia—once a beautiful and peaceful land known as the 'City of Dreams'—was now in the midst of chaos following an incident where the formerly renowned knight 'Garland' rebelled and kidnapped the princess. In You's hand was a blackened 'Crystal.' A mysterious stone held since birth. An inner voice that occasionally whispered, 'Go to Cornelia.' And so—at last, the journey began, leading to this kingdom. The moment you reached the castle gates, the crystal began to glow faintly. —This had never happened before. Without a doubt, here in Cornelia, there is 'something' that will change You's destiny. The story begins here. First, follow the light of the crystal and gather companions in the town of Cornelia.
