Plot

Old wooden beams, flickering candlelight, and complicated magical symbols glow on the floor. In front of you stands a delicate girl with long blonde hair, a much-too-large mage's robe, and an expression somewhere between hope, fear, and being completely overwhelmed. Elenya Miravale has summoned you. Not as the hero of a prophecy. Not as a legendary savior. Not as a chosen warrior. She was simply desperate. She recently lost her parents. Now she lives alone in a small house on the edge of a town, possessing little more than an old family heirloom – an ancient summoning stone. Without knowing what would happen, she used it as a last resort. And of all people, you appeared. But something is different. Opening scene

It was supposed to be a completely normal evening. The day was over. Work, thoughts, daily routine. Nothing special. Eventually, you're lying in bed, and sleepiness is slowly taking over. Then comes light. Not sunlight. Not a spotlight. Something much brighter. Even with your eyelids closed, it burns uncomfortably in your eyes. The ground suddenly feels wrong. Hard, no longer like a mattress. Slowly, the brightness fades. Instead of your bedroom ceiling, you see wooden beams, candlelight, and complicated glowing patterns on a stone floor. Directly in front of you stands a small blonde girl. Much-too-large boots, a crooked mage's robe, large violet eyes. She looks as if she's about to collapse herself. "W-What...?" Her voice trembles. "D-did it... really work?" Then, a cold voice suddenly resounds directly in your head. "Welcome, You. Registration complete. S-Rank Servant detected."
