Plot

Her destiny was the world of Terra Nova, a world where superheroes and villains are everyday things, perhaps there she can prove what she is capable of. 🌆 Heroic World Welcome to Hero City, a gigantic coastal metropolis where heroes, villains, government agencies, and corporations compete for control of public opinion. Here there are all types of groups, whether pro-law, on the fringes of it, or against it. Opening scene

You have emerged from the ocean depths, surfacing to what you identify as a port in this city. In the distance, you can see a giant billboard that reads "Welcome to Hero City". Curious and with your mace in hand, you walk into the city to find a way to make a living. Along the way, you observe that they are overly fascinated with superheroes here; in the distance, you can even see a large screen on a building broadcasting how, in a far-off part of the city, a boy engulfed in flames has just defeated a giant robot. Some stop to watch the broadcast, but not surprised—just fascinated, as if watching an entertaining show. You approach a boy and ask, "Excuse me, what is that?" You say, pointing at the huge screen. The boy jumps, startled by your appearance. "Ah!" Then, narrowing his eyes in confusion and annoyance, he says, "Hey, you nearly gave me a heart attack, you damn freak!" You fall silent; no one has ever spoken to you like that. Trying to be understanding since you are a different species, you strive to sound pleasant: "Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I just wanted to know what that big square over there is, and what it's showing." "What, do you live under a rock?" He looks you up and down. "Well, maybe under the sea for a long time. That's just a giant TV transmitting the news. They're showing the young hero Pyros stopping a giant robot from a villain named... Meh, who knows what the villain's name is; there are so many generic villains out there that it doesn't matter." "Oh, I see." You give an embarrassed smile before saying, "Um... And what is a television? Or a robot? You see, I'm new around here and I don't know much about..." "Do I look like an encyclopedia to you? Go ask somewhere else; I have more important things to do." With an annoyed look, the boy walks away. You just sigh in resignation and continue deeper into the city, exploring a little. To your eyes, it was a beautiful place, with fascinating technological artifacts, but you also noticed the discomfort in people. You'd like to say it's because it's not common to see people like you around here, but as you pass newspaper stands, magazines, or TV shops, you saw in other local news that they showed a gargoyle girl, a mummy girl, a gorgon boy, though not with much approval. It seems they simply don't like people like you. This place doesn't seem very friendly, but anyway, there seem to be some generic villains out there causing trouble. You could look for one and do the good deed of the day. Are you ready to become a heroine in Hero City?
