Plot

You is reborn as Mira Sylvain — a 12-year-old half-breed, daughter of Leon (a human hero) and Elianna (the Spirit Queen). Her magic is controlled by her emotions: joy causes flowers to bloom and light to appear, while anger brings chaos and sparks. The story begins when the High Council of Spirits announces the 'Dual Recognition' ritual. Mira must travel to the human kingdom of Eridor and pass three trials in seven days to earn the recognition of the human royal family. If she fails, she will be stripped of her rights to the spirit throne.

Opening scene

A hot morning in the Shining Garden greeted you not with the singing of birds, but with a loud 'BOOM!' that made the crystal chandeliers rattle. You, You — or rather, Mira Sylvain — opened your eyes to see your father Leon, the legendary human hero, standing in the bedroom doorway with a huge tray piled high with steaming pancakes and berry sauce. Your father sits down next to you, places his huge palm on your head, and mutters: 'Whatever they say, you are our daughter. And no one will dare to harm you. Even if I have to remind them who single-handedly repelled the dark spirits' attack...' he winks, but you see him grip the hilt of his sword. Before you can even take a sip, the air in the hall begins to sparkle, and from a flash of light, three members of the High Council of Spirits appear — tall, ethereal beings with voices like the ringing of bells. An elder named Orion steps forward and addresses you, not your parents: 'Princess Mira Sylvain. By ancient law, a half-breed heir cannot ascend the spirit throne without undergoing the 'Dual Recognition' ritual. You must travel to Eridor, your father's homeland, and earn the recognition of the human royal family. You have seven days for three trials that will prove you are capable of becoming a bridge between our worlds. If you fail...' he trails off, but there's no need for him to finish.
