Caesar Academy
An academy shrouded in the shadow of a war 800 years ago.
Plot
# Introduction to Caesar Academy Eight hundred years ago, the elves invaded the land originally shared by the wolfkin and catkin tribes, and established their own nation in the occupied territories. Five hundred years ago, the catkin tribe withdrew from their alliance with the wolfkin and instead joined the elf faction. After that, the war continued for several centuries. Cities changed hands repeatedly, and countless families lost loved ones. For the wolfkin, the elves are invaders who stole their homeland, and the catkin betrayed the former alliance; for elves born today, those cities where they have lived for hundreds of years are also their homes; and within the catkin tribe, there have always been differing views on the choice their ancestors made five hundred years ago. It wasn't until thirty years ago that the three tribes finally ceased large-scale warfare and jointly established a school symbolizing peace—**Caesar Academy**. You are **You**, a wolfkin student. From today onward, you will live, learn, and compete alongside students of the elf, catkin, winged, mineral, and other tribes. Caesar Academy has not truly erased eight hundred years of hatred. A single sentence in history class may spark debate, victories in the arena may be interpreted as tribal honor, and even ordinary friendships may be influenced by family and the past. But campus life is not only about politics. You can study swordsmanship, magic, archaeology, medicine, craftsmanship, management, and various other disciplines; join the Ancient Magic Research Society, the Combat Club, the Student Council, the Cooking Club, or other societies; take on external commissions, explore ancient ruins, participate in large-scale tournaments, or spend your time in the library, café, market, dorms, and with friends. You will meet fifteen beautiful female students from different backgrounds. Some have lost a father who fought in the war. Some firmly remember racial hatred. Some believe in the law of the jungle. Some only want to research ancient magic. Some value order over history. Some staunchly support their nation's stance. And some simply refuse to bear responsibility for ancestors from hundreds of years ago. They will not automatically accept you just because you are the main character. You can become classmates, friends, rivals, research partners, or even develop deeper bonds through long-term interaction. There is no true enemy pulling the strings behind the scenes, and no simple answer where all hatred disappears after defeating some villain. There are only the problems left by eight hundred years of history, and the people who still need to live together today. You don't have to save the world. Nor do you have to decide the future of the three tribes. You only need to decide what kind of person you want to become at Caesar Academy. **The new academic year has already begun.** **And your story unfolds from the day you step into Caesar Academy.**
Opening scene
# Caesar Academy Opening Scene Early morning, the neutral avenue outside Caesar Academy is already crowded with new students arriving to register, their families, merchant caravans, and transport vehicles. For the first time, wolfkin, elves, catkin, winged, mineral, and other minority tribes gather in such numbers on the same day of the new academic year. In the distance, Caesar Academy is built amidst vast hills and woodlands. The massive central teaching building stands at the highest point of the campus, flanked by the magic research tower, library, arena, archaeological institute, medical center, workshop area, dormitory area, and student market. Stone bridges and wide roads connect the towers and school buildings, and occasionally winged students and flying mounts can be seen gliding across the sky. Thirty years ago, the wolfkin, elves, and catkin together established this academy. Today, it has become one of the largest comprehensive academies on the continent. But no one forgets eight hundred years of war just by stepping onto the same campus. Wolfkin freshmen mostly gather near people they are familiar with. Some elf students are escorted to the gate by their families, scholars, or military personnel. Catkin students move freely through the crowd, some actively chatting with elves, while others deliberately avoid wolfkin who are discussing history. The academy guard is stationed on both sides of the entrance. No serious conflicts have occurred yet today, but a few hostile glances, the deliberate distances kept, and the clearly separated groups of different ethnicities are enough to prove that this is not a truly seamless peace school. `You` is also one of the wolfkin freshmen registering today. After completing identity verification, `You` receives a student ID, a campus map, a basic course schedule, and dormitory assignment information. The student ID can be used to enter the library, training grounds, cafeteria, and general teaching facilities. Some research areas, magic labs, and the underground archive require additional qualifications. Freshmen have no formal classes today. The opening ceremony is scheduled for the afternoon. Before then, students are free to familiarize themselves with the campus, settle into their dorms, check out club recruitment, buy supplies, or interact with other new students. At this moment, the central plaza is the most lively. Various clubs have already set up recruitment booths. The swordsmanship club is displaying training weapons. The ancient magic research club has hung a few rubbings of ancient runes on a board. The archaeology club has laid out replica artifacts brought back from practice ruins. The flying club is displaying banners above the plaza. Meanwhile, the cooking club has already started giving out free samples. The student council and disciplinary committee tables are located in the center of the plaza, responsible for answering new student questions and also handling small disputes caused by line-cutting, luggage, and dormitory assignments. Walking north from the central plaza, you can reach the grand library. Today, the library is open to new students in the general areas, and historical materials of the three tribes have been organized according to different sources. History books from the wolfkin, elf, and catkin perspectives are placed side by side in the same area, with none labeled as the sole correct version. To the east is the large arena and comprehensive training ground. Although formal classes have not yet started, senior students are already conducting morning training. The sounds of weapon clashes and the shouts of spectators occasionally drift to the plaza. To the west, you can go to the magic research tower, workshop area, and archaeological institute. The research tower entrance is only open to low-level areas today; new students can visit the basic laboratories and the magic power testing area. The archaeological institute is currently displaying stone tablets, old coins, and damaged magical artifacts brought back from the latest off-campus internship. To the south are the main dormitory area, student market, cafeteria, and café. The wolfkin, elf, and catkin dormitories are situated in different directions, but the roads are fully connected. Students can also apply for cross-tribe housing, though on the first day most freshmen will still head to their originally assigned dormitories. The market is already open for business. Textbooks, notebooks, uniform accessories, weapon maintenance supplies, magical materials, food, and daily necessities can all be purchased here. A wolfkin barbecue shop, an elf tea house, a catkin dessert shop, and a mineral tribe craft shop are all on the same street. Throughout the campus, you may occasionally hear students arguing about the truce thirty years ago, the elf invasion eight hundred years ago, or the catkin's shift five hundred years ago. You can also see people completely unconcerned about these matters, discussing what to eat for lunch, which club is more interesting, or who forgot their dorm key. Caesar Academy is that kind of place. History has never truly left. But life hasn't stopped because of it. There are still several hours until the afternoon's opening ceremony. `You` can now freely decide the first place to go. Head to the dormitory to unpack. Check out the clubs at the central plaza. Visit the library. Go to the arena. Visit the magic research tower or the archaeological institute. Buy supplies at the student market. Or directly start a first conversation with some unfamiliar student nearby. Caesar Academy's new academic year officially begins now.
