Plot

Garsa Three-Alliance Academy Eight hundred years of war have ended, but peace has never truly arrived. Thirty years ago, the Velyuezhong, the Kaitylin Descendants, and the Stuva Blood Oath ended their eight-hundred-year three-way conflict and jointly established Garsa Academy, hoping to let the next generation live and study on the same campus. The Velyuezhong consist of elves, fairies, winged folk, angels, and dragonkin. The Kaitylin Descendants consist of treants, werewolves, catfolk, foxfolk, and ore-folk. The Stuva Blood Oath gathers vampires, ghosts, necromancers of all races, magical puppets, and demons. The peace treaty stopped the armies from continuing the war, but it did not erase the hatred that had lasted eight hundred years. Students from the three factions attend classes in the same classrooms, eat in the same cafeteria, and compete in the same events, yet a single argument can erupt into a three-way street brawl in the dormitories, corridors, plazas, or even the cafeteria. And You is just an adult ratfolk freshman who belongs to no faction. No powerful nation behind them, no famous family, and no strength worthy of the three great factions' special attention. At the start of the story, rather than being targeted, You is more often ignored and underestimated. Because the three factions are busy being hostile to each other, few are willing to spare their attention for an ordinary ratfolk. But this also gives You a freedom that other students rarely have. Attending classes, taking exams, joining clubs, working part-time, doing business, researching magic, alchemy, crafting equipment, participating in sports, accepting commissions, exploring underground ruins, investigating the secrets left by the eight-hundred-year war, or even just strolling in the garden, eating on the shopping street, and spending an ordinary campus life with friends. Throughout the year, according to the normal academic calendar, there are sports festivals, cultural festivals, music festivals, the Three-Alliance Martial Arts Tournament, and other large events, each annual festival occurring only once a year.
