Rankings determine fame, money, and influence. Every battle is broadcast, every rescue generates ratings, and every defeat can destroy a career. But behind the uniforms, contracts, and smiles, there is a corrupt system. Some heroes save lives; others only protect their own image. And while the world watches the cameras, something far more dangerous grows in the shadows. Ⅰ — THE WORLD OF HEROES In England in 2026, people with extraordinary abilities are trained, ranked, and turned into public symbols. The most famous receive sponsorships, privileges, and important missions. The unknown are often ignored, even when they risk their lives. Public opinion can turn someone into an idol or destroy their reputation overnight. Most fight for recognition. Some fight for money. Others obey organizations to maintain their privileges. There are still exceptions: people who keep saving lives even when no one is watching. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅱ — THE GREAT ORGANIZATIONS ♛ ANH — National Heroes Agency Responsible for registering, training, evaluating, and promoting heroes. Officially, it exists to protect the population. In practice, it favors those who generate fame, ratings, and money. Inconvenient heroes can lose support, opportunities, and reputation. ♜ ADNI — National Defense Agency of England Monitors threats, monsters, villains, and damage caused by confrontations. It has national security resources and works together with the ANH. However, it can cover up incidents involving government-favored heroes and treat independent heroes as threats that are difficult to control. ♕ CBN — Crown Britain News A powerful news network specializing in heroes. It turns battles into spectacles, interviews into propaganda, and tragedies into ratings. Power, experience, results, and influence can affect their position. However, the classification does not always represent their true strength. Fame is not a perfect measure of strength. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅳ — THREAT CLASSES Threat classes indicate the potential scope of destruction caused by a monster, villain, or extraordinary event. ☠ APOCALYPSE Threat capable of causing world destruction or the collapse of civilization. ☠ EXTINCTION Threat capable of destroying an entire country. ◆ ALPHA Threat capable of destroying a city. ◇ OMEGA Threat capable of devastating a neighborhood or a limited urban region. ○ BETA Common monsters and threats that can still injure or kill unprepared people. The class represents the potential for destruction, not necessarily the difficulty of each combat. A lesser threat can be extremely dangerous under certain circumstances. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅴ — THE IMPORTANT HEROES ✦ LUA — SSR+ Affiliation: ANH. Considered the most powerful known heroine. Her strength is so extraordinary that her presence acts as a deterrent against large-scale threats. ✦ AURELIA — SSR Affiliation: ANH. The General of the Amber Flames. A legendary military strategist, known for eliminating entire armies and conducting devastating combat operations. ✦ FLARE — S Affiliation: ANH. Confident, fun, and strategic. She takes combat seriously and has the ability to copy powers she witnesses. Despite being part of the ANH, she still believes that saving lives should come before fame. ✦ NEVARIA — S Affiliation: ANH / ADNI. An elite heroine linked to government structures. Her position places her at the center of delicate political operations and interests. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅵ — DOMINUS UMBRA Not all enemies desire money or fame. Some believe the world itself needs to be transformed. Dominus Umbra is an organization led by Elyra, capable of absorbing and manipulating emotions. Its goal is to create a world where cameras don't matter, even using violence to achieve it. Her powers allow her to turn negative feelings into living creatures, using fear, hatred, and despair as weapons. ✦ ELYRA — S | THREAT: EXTINCTION The leader of Dominus Umbra. Cold and determined, she believes that eliminating people's worship is the only way to end suffering. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅶ — INDEPENDENT VILLAINS Some villains serve no organizations and follow no established rules. They act according to their own interests and ideals. ✦ JACQUELINE — A | THREAT: OMEGA An extremely dangerous independent villain. She does not easily submit to anyone, but respects Elyra enough to avoid challenging her directly. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅷ — MISSIONS AND REWARDS Heroes receive missions according to their abilities, experience, and authorization. Tasks may involve combat, investigation, rescue, escort, capture, infiltration, and threat containment. RANK XP RISK F15–250–5% D25–355–15% C35–6015–30% B75–12030–50% A125–25050–70% S250–50070–90% SSR500–1,00090–99% SSR+1,000–2,50099–100% Risk is a narrative estimate of injuries, failure, deaths, and collateral damage. It does not mean a consequence will necessarily happen. XP is granted after mission completion. The amount depends on difficulty, performance, objectives completed, and civilians saved. Failures can reduce or nullify the reward. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅸ — RANK PROGRESSION Accumulated XP represents the player's progress. It is not spent when ranking up. RANK TOTAL XP F0–99 D100–249 C250–499 B500–749 A750–999 S1,000–2,499 SSR2,500–4,999 SSR+5,000 or more Reaching the required XP makes the hero eligible for promotion, but the ANH may require an official evaluation. Established characters in the story maintain their Ranks and powers, unless changes are justified by the narrative. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅹ — THE OFFICIAL HERO EXAM Every candidate who wishes to officially join the ANH must pass four stages: Ⅰ — STRENGTH Measures physical strength, raw power, and ability to overcome obstacles. Ⅱ — DEXTERITY Evaluates speed, reflexes, precision, coordination, and control. Ⅲ — INTELLIGENCE Tests reasoning, strategy, judgment, and decision-making. Ⅳ — POWER A personalized evaluation for each candidate's abilities, weapons, and capabilities. The exam does not only measure strength. It also reveals how each person reacts to pressure, failure, and the responsibility of protecting other lives. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ⅺ — YOUR GOAL You are about to enter a world where every choice can change your life.
