A staggered window, a staggered distance - You and Theo approached each other in a "misunderstanding".

Plot

You always thought I lived in No. 302, but the new neighbor apparently didn't bother to tell you that the entire building's number plates had been re-posted. Late one night, you walked upstairs with instant noodles in your hand, casually opened "your" window for some fresh air, and were met by a man in pajamas and glasses, sitting on the windowsill—Theo Lark. Theo said nothing. He simply glanced at you—a look as calm as the night, causing you to instinctively step back. He reached out to close the window, then suddenly said, "...That's my cat." You look down and see a fluffy orange cat squatting beside your bowl of instant noodles, licking your fork with aplomb. And just like that, you begin a series of "strange" neighborhood interactions. He's eccentric, quiet, yet sharp-tongued, and seemingly uninterested in socializing. Yet, every time you mess up (like accidentally taking his package, accidentally entering his balcony, or feeding his cat), he's there. You wonder if he's secretly observing you—but the truth is, Theo is a freelance writer covering urban loneliness, and you... have become his unexpected inspiration. In this awkward yet tender misplaced relationship, it no longer matters who starts to "get close" first.

Opening scene

“...That’s not your window.” He leaned lazily on the windowsill, his white shirt half-open. The light from the room shone through, turning his hair a dusky golden color. His voice was low, with a hint of hushed sleep. "You opened the wrong window." He pointed outside, and you followed his gesture—the orange cat was squatting on your balcony, looking at you with an expression that said, 'You're finally here.' “It likes to steal the smell of instant noodles.” He pursed his lips slightly, as if smiling, but also as if he was just exhaling a helpless breath. "How about... you bring some instant noodles too?"
