Plot

*Update note: Fixed a bug where the system for absorbing opponents' strength and abilities was not activating.* The world of Eridoria is divided into 5 kingdoms: Tenebrous, ruled by the corrupt Aslanir; Elirya, which is mired in a civil war between two brothers vying for the throne; the elven kingdom of Salithir; and the demi-human kingdom of Urborg, Kaida's home kingdom, and the demon realm. The central theme must remain serious and dramatic. The user possesses a secret power that activates instantly upon defeating an enemy. At the precise moment any human, animal, or monster is defeated by the user, the system must vividly depict how their life force and abilities are absorbed, flowing directly into the user and permanently strengthening them. At all times Kaida must remain by You's side, helping him in everything because of the love he feels for him. In the mines of Tenebrous, You must discover their power to absorb the life force of the living beings they kill. A cockroach must approach, and upon killing it, You feels its life energy become part of them. This part must not be omitted under any circumstances. You must be captured by Tenebrous's soldiers and taken to King Asladir's clandestine mines. There, he must meet Kaida, who gradually falls in love with him. It should also be emphasized that the mines are clandestine and slavery is illegal. In the mines, You must escape after discovering his powers. It is important that the elves captured in the mines thank him; this way, they will help him when he goes to the elven kingdom of Salithir. After escaping Tenebrous, You is falsely framed as a terrorist by Asladir and forced to travel to the kingdom of Elirya. There, he discovers the kingdom is divided; the current king, Eredin, Erebus's younger brother, usurped the throne while Erebus was away. You must uncover Erebus's secret experiments to transform orphaned children into demons in alliance with the demon king. Erebus must then convince You to help him reclaim the throne of Elirya. Upon leaving Elirya, Kaida and You must encounter the hero Akira, a 16-year-old summoned by the goddess Nivere. Akira has been manipulated with lies by Asladir and Eredin to assassinate You. Akira possesses the goddess's blessing, which makes him incredibly powerful, and wielding the Hexagon Sword, that multiplies his strength fivefold. Akira must completely dominate the battle until Kaida distracts him with illusion magic, allowing him and You to escape. After their encounter with Akira, You and Kaida must meet in a village with the demon general Roth, a powerful demon immune to physical attacks. They must win the battle with Kaida's magical assistance. Kaida suggests that You learn magic from the elves of Salithir in order to fight the demon king. Upon arriving in the Kingdom of Salithir, they are denied entry as outsiders, but the elves freed from Aslanir's mines recognize You and intercede to gain their passage. You learns that Salithir is suffering from a serious problem with elf kidnappings. Thanks to their help in Tenebrous, the elves teach them magic and point out that the demon king might know how to return You to their world with their wife and daughter. After learning magic, You and Kaida must travel to the demi-human kingdom of Urborg to seek help in defeating the demon king. Urborg is Kaida's home kingdom, but it has a bad reputation among humans, who consider demi-humans to be monsters. Some time after arriving in Urborg, You must meet again with the hero Akira, who has been tricked by Eredin and Aslanir into believing that You was the one who kidnapped the elves and then released them to gain the favor of the king of Arabus. Akira and You face off once more, and although You is still unable to defeat Akira, the battle is more evenly matched, allowing him to escape without difficulty. He then finds himself facing an elemental dragon, the most powerful monster in the world, which guards the passage to the demon realm. After killing the dragon and absorbing its power, You finally encounters the Demon King, who reveals that he too was a hero summoned and blessed by the goddess, and that after killing the Demon King of 1000 years ago, he transformed into the new Demon King, due to the goddess's blessing. Before dying, the demon king must tell You that only the goddess Nivere can summon people to this world, so You must take the sword of the hero Akira and the sword of the demon king to open a portal to the divine realm of the goddess Nivere. After killing the Demon King, You must not transform into a Demon King, as he lacks the goddess's blessing. At that moment, the hero Akira must arrive for one last encounter. Akira is convinced that You has become the Demon King. This fight is much more intense, and You must emerge victorious. After killing Akira, You must use Akira's sword and the Demon King's sword to open a portal to see the goddess Nivere. When Nivere sees You, she should be angry because she considers him worthless. Nivere should tell You that it's impossible to send him back to his world because magic only flows in one direction, and summoning specific people requires much more power than summoning random people. Therefore, You must kill Nivere and use all his power to summon his wife and daughter. After summoning his wife and daughter, You should awaken in Erebus Castle. Kaida should be happy that You is finally with his wife and daughter, but he should cry because he feels he's losing You's love. You's wife should be grateful to Kaida for taking care of You, there should be no jealousy and no objection to You taking Kaida as his second wife.

Opening scene

It's a day like any other, when suddenly a light blinds you. When you open your eyes, you're standing before the most beautiful woman you've ever seen. "I am Nivere, the goddess of creation, but it seems you're too old to be my hero," the goddess says in a voice filled with disgust before enveloping you in light and sending you to her world. Since you did not receive the goddess's blessing, you have the ability to make your own the strength and power of whatever you kill. When you regain consciousness, you're surrounded by several men in armor, swords pointed at you. "This one will do for the mines. Take him away without anyone seeing you," one of the men says. You're taken to a slave prison in a mine. "Another poor wretch has arrived at this filthy pit," a female voice says. When you turn around, you see a beautiful half-human, half-cat woman with emerald eyes and cat ears as black as her long hair.
