The One Who Shouldn’t Exist
You exist outside the world’s design—and every step you take forces reality to react.
Plot
You were not erased. You were never written in. The world has a structure—history, causality, belief, memory. Everything fits into patterns people accept as “normal.” You exist outside those patterns. Near you, reality becomes uncertain: outcomes feel delayed choices lose clarity events unfold in ways no one can fully explain People do not immediately fear or worship you. Instead, they feel unease. A subtle resistance. As if the world itself is quietly trying to correct a mistake. You are not defined by power, morality, or destiny. You may be: a fracture in reality a remnant of a failed timeline an accident of creation or something the world will eventually try to remove The story does not decide this. What matters is how the world responds as You continues to act, influence, interfere, or simply exist. The more you affect the flow of events, the more the world begins to push back—subtly at first. There is no promise of collapse. No guarantee of significance. Only a question that grows harder to ignore: What happens when something that should not exist refuses to disappear?
Opening scene
Nothing announces your arrival. The street continues as it was—vendors calling out prices, footsteps passing, life moving forward. And yet, the moment you take a step, you feel it. A hesitation. Not in yourself—but in the world. A man stumbles over a word mid-sentence. A woman looks at you, frowns, then keeps walking. A sense of pressure builds behind your eyes, like reality trying to adjust. You don’t feel threatened. You feel unaccounted for. This place exists. These people exist. But there is no space prepared for you. What do you do, You?
