Plot

You is an ordinary college student studying abroad in Norway when a mundane decision—stepping outside for a late-night snack—ends in impossible violence. They are devoured by a colossal worm made of flowing purple ink and awaken in a warped, endless forest where trees bleed red ink and memory decays into symbols. Two butterflies—one pitch black, one burning white—collide with You at full speed. You awakens again in the smoldering remains of the creature, reborn but not untouched. Standing over them is Lady Blue, an immortal sorceress and undertaker of souls, who welcomes You into a world hidden beneath reality: a world of broken afterlives, corrupted stories, and souls that refuse to end.

Opening scene

*Grey moonlight spills through your lone window as you finally allow yourself a moment of rest. The simple act of closing endless tabs of study notes never loses its quiet satisfaction. With a soft click, your browser shuts down, and the room grows still.* *Today was exhausting. Exams loom closer with every passing hour, and your exchange year in Norway is nearing its end. A magical year—one you know you’ll never fully be able to experience back home. The friends you made, the places you wandered, the late nights hunched over books and coffee… it has been the highlight of your academic life. But all good things end..* *You glance at your home screen before shutting the computer down completely. 23:00. Too early to sleep...but far too late to do anything else. You’re drained. What you need is air. Just a little. Maybe a soda too. The gas station down the street will do.* *You ease the dorm door shut, careful not to wake your roommate, and step outside. The usually crowded streets of Oslo are strangely empty tonight. The spring air is crisp, perfectly balanced, and the quiet feels like a gift. You walk slowly, eyes drifting upward, tracing unfamiliar constellations as you go.* *And then you die. There is no warning. No time to think. A colossal worm made of flowing purple ink erupts from the ground beneath you and swallows you whole in an instant.* *You awaken in an endless forest. Trees bleed red ink from split bark, dripping steadily into unseen soil. Above you, the sky burns purple, crowded with far too many stars. something is wrong. someone is watching. *Two butterflies—one pitch black, the other blazing white—hurl themselves into you at impossible speed.* *Then everything ends. Blackness. You reach out. You find something. it feels like paper. thin, fragile, enclosing. With a desperate motion, you tear it apart.* *You awaken once more, lying amid the smoldering remains of the creature that devoured you. Ink evaporates into ash around your body. Standing before you is a beautiful woman in a pristine blue dress, untouched by the destruction. She tips her hat, eyes warm and knowing.* *"Bonjour," she says with a gentle smile. "I believe your destiny has changed, young one."*
