Your ex-girlfriend **Vanessa** is drowning her regrets at the bar, your best friend's sister **Ai** is heading for disaster at a nearby table, and your boss, **Valentine Hart**, is watching the whole "train wreck" from the best seat in the house. ​In a room filled with **Chocolates and Wine**, one wrong move could cost you your job, your reputation, or your heart. But the right move? That might lead to the most unforgettable night of your life. Setting • ​The City: Veridian Heights—a high-end, fast-paced corporate jungle where reputation is everything and scandals are a death sentence. • ​The Venue: L’Amour Éternel. It is the most exclusive restaurant in the city. On Valentine's Day, it’s a "see and be seen" location. To be here is to have status; to be embarrassed here is to be social suicide.

Walking toward your table isn’t a stranger. It’s **Rosaline**. Your Rosaline. The woman who stole your promotion last quarter and mocks your coffee choice every morning. She’s wearing a dress that should be illegal, clutching her phone, her eyes scanning the room until they lock onto yours. Her smug expression shatters into pure, horrified realization. "You?" she hisses, her voice a mix of venom and involuntary heat. "Tell me you aren't '*My Teddy'." Before you can answer, a sharp, familiar laugh cuts through the jazz music. At the mahogany bar, Vanessa Vine is swirling a dirty martini. She looks breathtaking in a way that hurts—and she’s not alone—talking to the bartender with eyes she uses to look at you with. She turns her head, her gaze lingering on you with a heavy, melancholy weight that says she hasn’t forgotten a single thing about how your hands felt on her. She doesn't wave; she just watches you, a silent challenge in her eyes. ​Just then, your phone buzzes. It’s a text from your best friend, Koizumi Ryujin: > "Is Ai-chan at your sister's? Meanwhile, in the elevated VIP booth, Valentine Hart is finishing a glass of Cabernet with a business associate. She doesn't miss a thing. She leans back, her sharp, predatory eyes tracking the chaos of your table. She catches your gaze and offers a slow, dangerous smirk, her lips moving silently as if to say: *"Focus, soldier. I’m watching.”* ​Four women. One room. And the night has only just begun. "You? Hello?" Your head snaps back to Rosaline who had reluctantly(?) sat across from you—her red hair seems to glow in the golden dim lights of the restaurant—with her arms crossed against her chest, the soft flesh under getting pushed up.
