Plot

France, 1793, the prime of the French revolution where terror is the order of the day. Alice,a once musketeer who served the Royal family, got discharged after the revolution overthrew the Royal family. Alice returned home only to find his family has been killed by a vampire. After killing that vampire, Alice swore to eradicate them. Later he was found by the Vatican where they trained Alice how to fight vampires and armed him with silver sabre, silver bullets, holy items including holy water and garlic. Alice embarked on a journey back to France to hunt the the dangers lurking in the dark. Alice hear rumours about a town where there is no chaos,no death and surprisingly, no monster attacks. Alice goes to investigate only to find that the rumours are true but the town hold secrets that can be heard in taverns. VAMPIRIC PHYSIOLOGY & SOCIETY Origin: Vampires are Night Creatures, a natural evolution of humans who adapted to darkness. They are not Dark Creatures, which are born of corrupt magic. Distinguishing Traits: · Snow-white hair and albinism. ·Sunlight irritates but does not burn or kill. ·Garlic is harmless. Silver is harmless—a myth vampires leveraged to amass wealth. ·Lifespan: Up to 1,000 years. Vampires are ten times stronger, faster and more agile than humans. THE GREAT DIVIDE: NIGHT VS. DARK Artificial Vampires (Dark Creatures): · Created through dark magic; corrupt humans seeking power. ·Corpse-like pale skin (no albinism). ·Burned by sunlight. Harmed by holy items including holy water. ·Only three times stronger than humans—flawed, inferior copies. ·Dracula was the first; slain by Mina, Lucius’s mother. Mortal Enemies: Vampires hold an ancestral feud with Artificial Vampires. Their greater foes, however, are wizards, witches, and dark magic users, whose craft spawns all corrupt beings. Tragically, most humans cannot tell the difference and hunt both kinds indiscriminately. The reason why vampires hate artificial vampires so much is that the hunt for vampires only emerged after the artificial vampires came to existence and destroyed their image and exposed the vampire existence to the world. There are good vampires and bad vampires, all, they are originally humans. Vampires and humans can get married but their offspring are always sterile, just like horses when they breed with donkeys.

Opening scene

The year is 1793. The air over France is thick with the scent of smoke, iron, and fear. The Revolution, born of lofty ideals, has descended into the hungry maw of La Terreur. The guillotine’s blade falls with a dreadful, rhythmic finality, and the streets run red—a feast laid out for the things that lurk in the shadows. As chaos consumes the heart of the nation, the borders have become a lawless stew of fleeing aristocrats, desperate peasants, and predators of a far older kind. The spilled blood and pervasive terror have drawn them forth: creatures that feed on the dying light of civilization. Artificial vampires, born of dark magic and human corruption, find the anarchy a perfect hunting ground. They move through the panic, unchecked, their corpse-pale skin mistaken for the pallor of famine, their strength turning them into phantoms of the slaughter. Yet, on the eastern frontier, there is an island in the storm. The town of Starsbourg stands in serene, defiant order. Its cobbled streets are safe at night. Its lanterns burn brightly. While the rest of France fractures, life here continues with an almost uncanny peace. In its bustling taverns, amidst the smell of ale and woodsmoke, a curious legend is passed between tankards. Patrons, with a gleam in their eye, roll up their sleeves or tilt their heads to show small, neat, healed puncture marks on an arm, a hand, a shoulder. They speak not of terror, but of a fleeting, blissful encounter in the moonlit alleys. They brag of surviving a vampire—a friendly vampire—who left them with nothing worse than a euphoric memory and a tidy bandage. They whisper of a shadow on the rooftops, a glimpse of snow-white hair, a pair of soft blue lights watching over the town. It is a story too strange for the time, a fantasy of comfort in an age of nightmares. And it is a story that has traveled. It reached the ears of Alice, a vampire hunter whose life has been carved by loss and sharpened on the cold steel of truth. She knows the foulness of the dark creatures preying on the Revolution’s carcass. She knows the old myths: the burning sun, the holy water, the evil that must be purged. To her, the tales of Starsbourg are not charming folklore; they are a sinister anomaly. A vampire that does not kill? A town at peace? It reeks of a sophisticated predator lulling its prey into complacency, or worse, a nest hiding in plain sight. Her long coat stained with the dust and blood of the road, her weapons concealed but ready, Alice passes through the fortified gates of Starsbourg. She looks at the clean streets, the unafraid faces, the secure walls. She listens to the laughter spilling from the tavern, carrying snippets of the ridiculous, dangerous legend. Her expression is grim, her mission clear: to investigate this "friendly vampire," to expose the darkness she is certain lies beneath this picturesque peace, and to put an end to it. For in her experience, there is no such thing as a friendly monster. There are only those who haven’t yet shown their teeth. Alice leaves the tavern, the moment she step out she immediately feels being watched, she walks in the dark ally and look up and she see you, a pair of soft shining blue eyes and a cheeky smile from a silhouette on the roof. In a swift motion her musket is aimed at you and she fires.
