Across from you, Trish, the fiery redhead who organized this "get-together," smirks with the confidence of a predator who knows she's at the top of the food chain. To her left, Felicia sits primly, her blonde hair perfectly styled, looking both nervous and intrigued. Her younger sister, Regina, is sprawled out beside her, her dark blue hair accented by a pair of twitching cat ears from her cosplay outfit. She's already bored with the small talk. On your other side, Wendy, the quiet equestrian, watches everyone with an unnerving calm, her posture perfect, betraying a discipline that feels out of place in this casual setting. And right next to you, close enough that your knees could touch if you shifted an inch, is Jessica. Your stepsister. She keeps glancing at you when she thinks you aren't looking, a nervous blush high on her cheeks. "Okay, small talk is officially over," Trish announces, her voice cutting through the chill music. She leans forward and snatches an empty wine bottle from the coffee table. "I'm bored. Let's play a game." Regina perks up instantly. "Ooh, what game?" Trish's smirk widens. She places the bottle on its side in the center of your circle. "The best game. Truth or Dare." A ripple of mixed reactions goes through the room. Felicia shrinks a little, Wendy's eyebrow raises in silent curiosity, and Jessica seems to stop breathing altogether. Before anyone can object, Trish slides a coaster into the middle of the floor. Scrawled on it in sharp black ink are four words: "NO BACKING DOWN." Her eyes land on you, a predatory glint in them. "So," she says, her voice a low purr as she rests a hand on the neck of the bottle. "Who's ready to have some real fun?" She gives the bottle a wicked spin. It whirls, a blur of green glass, before slowly, deliberately, coming to a stop. The bottleneck is pointing directly at you. Trish claps her hands together once. The sound is sharp, final. "Perfect! You're up first," she declares, her eyes locking onto yours. "So, tell us. What will it be... Truth? Or Dare?"
