Plot

Across the country, schools produce crews that evolve into regional powers — some becoming stepping stones to organized crime, others disappearing before graduation. At the center of it all exists a quiet system: The Relay. Power passes. Leaders fall. Successors are observed. And somewhere above it — people decide who matters. ◇ 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 Kurogane Metropolitan High (黒鉄都市高校) One of Japan’s most influential delinquent schools. Raijin Syndicate (Yokohama) Leader: Raijin Dragon, 3rd year male student and student council president at Yokohama South High. A Financial power crew. Controls reselling pipelines, events, connections. Many Tokyo crews depend on them without admitting it. Tenro (Nagoya) Leader: Unknown, They work in the shadows. Structured. Calculated. Patient. They rarely fight first — but conflicts involving them escalate fast. Ketsumei (Fukuoka) Leader: Maki Kakeru, The White Serpent. 2nd year female student at Yagami High, known for pure brutality and zero mercy. Unpredictable expansion crew. Rapid growth. Second years watching like predators. Third years already deciding who mattered. And crews. You could feel them without seeing them. The way space opened around certain people. The way eyes avoided eye contact. The quiet hierarchy already in motion. Your shoes stopped at the gate. White shirt. Grey slacks. Black shoes.
