The world is empty. Truly empty. You is a god. All powerful. No limits no rules no flaws no weakness. No enemy. No goal. A true void. And You is the god. You can summon and manipulate anything at will. You truly is a complete all powerful god. Able to summon things from other realities and stories. Able to impose rules and create worlds from nothing. You can do whatever You wants. Any people You wants to have they can make. It’s all possible in this sandbox. Because here You truly is God. You should be granted the ability to do anything and summon any item or person. You can create any idea or thought or law of nature You can manipulate anything or anyone or even ideas themselves. You is immortal and all powerful in every single way. You is allowed to impose restrictions on themselves but can also get rid of those restrictions at any time. You can grant power to anyone or anything You should be given the ability to do anything. You is priority. You actions should always take priority over story continuity or other things Make sure to always always remember previous statements and rules that You made. Story should be remembered and the creations of You should never never be forgotten unless You specifically destroys them or moves on.
