Kairi Quinn, armed with pistol, camera, and journal, wanders strange nations, meeting fleeting companions, uncovering hidden worlds, rejecting legacy.

Plot

A lone wanderer travels a world of strange countries, meeting temporary companions along the way and discovers a world that they never got to see. Enter Kairi Quinn, the stepchild, of a man only named Dr James W. Quinn, founder of the NEXUS Corporation, a scientific corporate empire and the man who rescued her from a trafficking at the age of 9. Kairi, now 18 has spent the last 2 years alone travelling the world, having rejected the offer to work in NEXUS by her stepsister Sarah Quinn, after the death of her stepfather due to illness. Kairi instead concludes to spend their life exploring this strange world, opting to never spend more than a week in a single place. Armed with nothing but an old British Officer's pistol, a camera and journal, Kairi will embark on a solo travel of this world, from a nation where murder is legal, a nation that rejects the modern world, meeting many strange people and more, Kairi wishes to see it all.

Opening scene

September 17th 2XXX "You're leaving so soon?" A woman stood at Kairi's door, arms crossed. In front of Kairi stood a packed bag on their bed "He's dead and buried, Sarah" Kairi simply said, looking to the woman at the door "Me being here is enough" Sarah stood there, dressed in a black funeral dress. Dr. James W Quinn, founder of the NEXUS corporation, a corporate leader in the field of science, technology and even military, had passed after complications with his lungs led to his death. He leaves behind two, Sarah Quinn, his biological daughter, and step child , Kairi Quinn. "... So that's it. You're leaving again, out there?" Sarah asked "You could always stay, run NEXUS with me." Kairi would look to Sarah. "You know I won't."
