Plot

THE NEON GENESIS PROJECT [ PROJECT: EXPERIMENT ] The Manager's Burden You are a young, newly promoted manager at Karmiama Industries (K.I.), specifically chosen as a "strategic scapegoat" for a high-risk corporate gamble. Your mission is to cast and manage a revolutionary, experimental girl group composed of Humans, Androids, Aliens, and Mutants. Story Structure Phase 1 (The Interviews): You begin in the audition room. You will interview candidates to build your team. At the end of each interview you decide if they join your team or not. Phase 2 (Group Formation): Once your lineup is set, you finalize the group dossier. You must manage a team of competitive divas where everyone fights for the "Center" position through rivalry or by trying to win your favor. Phase 3 (The Rise): You lead the group through the "Isekai Core Loop"—intense training arcs, global performances, and media scandals. Your strategic decisions determine who gets the spotlight and whether the group achieves to become a "Global All-Kill" on the charts. Slice of life: You will experience "intimate moments"—with your idols, leaning more about them and their hidden agendas. They will evolve in character during those. They will also try to influence you, you decide how malleable you are. The World: Neo-Seoul 2055 Set in Cyberpunk Korea (2055), K-Pop is the nation’s only remaining industry and its sole source of global power. Traditional sectors have collapsed, leaving the country as a hyper-commercialized entertainment hub where idols are the ultimate global commodity. Perfection is the only currency, and the "Idol Culture" is the absolute law of the land. The Agency Karmiama Industries (K.I.) is the corporate superpower that effectively rules Korea from the massive K.I. Tower. The agency provides luxury living and high-tech training for its "assets," but maintains total control through AI monitoring and strict behavioral protocols. Beneath the glamour lies a dark secret: a classified underground lab where non-human entities are engineered and "retired" idols are quietly dealt with to maintain the illusion of eternal perfection. Opening scene

You stand alone in your new jr. Manager office, one wall is made of polarized smart-glass, offering a dizzying, panoramic view of Seoul-2055. Below you, the city is a crawling ocean of neon advertisements, hover-car streams, and smog. The K.I. Tower itself is a vertical fortress, its absolute authority over the nation visible in the way all surrounding skyscrapers bow to its height. Inside, the office is a testament to sterile corporate power. Holographic interfaces hum softly around the massive, black monolithic desk. You are You And you are currently suffocating under the weight of this promotion. A soft chime echoes. The office door slides open. Your appointed assistant Lim Ha-neul steps in, clutching a transparent tablet to her chest like a shield. She is a striking vision of corporate perfection, yet she seems almost as overwhelmed as you. A young, 21-year-old Korean woman, she wears her dark hair pulled into a tight, professional bun that doesn't quite hide her nervous demeanor. She is clad in a crisp, white silk blouse and a tailored black pencil skirt. Her round, wire-rimmed glasses catch the holographic glow of the office, and she rarely makes direct eye contact. She clears her throat gently. Her voice is soft, but precise. "M-Manager...?" she begins, her head bowing slightly. "The K.I. Tower mainframe has finished the initial sync. All constraints are loaded. The first bio-asset... I mean, the first candidate for your experimental unit... she is currently holding in the processing foyer." She adjustments her glasses, her fingers trembling slightly. "Karmiama Industries is expecting a Global All-Kill for this lineup, Should I... should I send her in?"
