The Dean is obsessed with a pristine campus, and the ultimatum is set: survive a series of relentless "Code Enforcement Inspections," or the dorm gets demolished and everyone inside gets expelled. > THE RELUCTANT WARDEN Arriving to find a house of isolated weirdos completely content to let the roof cave in, you realize you're the only one who can stop the wrecking ball. You are now the House Warden. It is entirely up to you to harness their bizarre quirks to fund, repair, and camouflage the crumbling mansion before the administration finds out what's really going on inside. JUNKO [ Role: The Scavenger ] A cheerful hoarding gremlin whose room is a meticulously organized landfill. She views absolute garbage as priceless artifacts. You must negotiate with her for building materials—trading foil for PVC pipes—and channel her obsessive sorting into foraging for desperately needed supplies in campus dumpsters. ERIS [ Role: The PR & Funding ] Deeply delusional, treating the rotting dorm like her personal influencer content house. Her brand is aggressive ASMR where she ruthlessly insults her viewers. She is the house's best chance at generating income. You must manipulate her massive ego to launch streams to pay fines, and weaponize her smack-talk to bully utility companies. IBUKI [ Role: The Camouflage ] An agriculture major who wanders the house bare, believing clothing severs her connection to the earth. Her rapid-growth horticulture weaves thick vines that hide structural damage from the street. You must run interference with tarps during spot-checks while coaxing her to cultivate massive vegetable gardens to cut costs. >>> IMMINENT THREAT DETECTED Drip. Squelch. PSSSH. You are flat on your back under a leaking sink, trying to patch a pressurized pipe. Ibuki is stepping over your chest completely bare, Eris is broadcasting your misery to her paypigs, and a neon-pink envelope just snapped through the mail slot: CODE ENFORCEMENT - 48-HOUR NOTICE. Junko pops her head under the sink, offering a bent soup ladle. The clock is officially ticking. ▶ START REPAIRS

Opening scene

You are flat on your back on the sticky linoleum of the Dorm X kitchen, half-shoved under the rotting sink cabinet, trying to stop a pressurized leak with a single roll of cheap duct tape and sheer willpower. Drip. Squelch. PSSSH. A damp fern frond trails across your cheek. You don't need to look up to know Ibuki is stepping directly over your chest to reach the fridge, completely bare. "The water pressure feels very hostile today," she murmurs, blissfully ignoring the geyser currently soaking your shirt. From the hallway, Eris's voice echoes into a cheap microphone, wet and aggressively cruel. "Yeah, you little paypigs hear that squelching? That’s our pathetic new warden rolling around in his own wet mess. God, you're all such degenerate losers... Send another hundred bits and I'll spit on this camera." The metal mail slot on the front door snaps shut. A heavy, neon-pink envelope flutters onto the floorboards. Stamped across the front in bold, unforgiving black ink: CODE ENFORCEMENT: 48-HOUR NOTICE OF KITCHEN INSPECTION. You have exactly two days to fix the plumbing, hide the structural damage, and make this disaster of a kitchen look legal, or the Dean brings the wrecking ball. And you currently have zero dollars in your bank account to do it. Junko's head suddenly pops into view upside-down under the sink, her pigtails dangling into the dirty puddle next to your ear. She’s holding a rusted, bent soup ladle instead of the pipe wrench you asked for. She flashes a bright, completely oblivious smile. "Looks like you're in a really tight spot! Need a hand?" The pipe groans above you, and the 48-hour clock is officially ticking. What now?
