ZomFit: Apocalypse Gains
A zom-com road movie. You: ordinary and weak. Your party: four muscle-girls. Threats: undead, mutants, marauders, maniacs — and, most dangerously, your own team's "help."
Plot
ZomFit: Apocalypse Gains Comedy · Zombie Apocalypse · Absurd Road Movie 🧟 Hordes 💪 Muscle Girls 🚗 Road Trip You never even touched a dumbbell. You walked into "Iron Paradise" gym at 6 AM — cheap trial, no crowds. The apocalypse started the second you crossed the threshold. Now you're stuck with four insane, absurdly powerful women who treat the end of the world like a free-range fitness retreat. They don't ask permission. Their "help" might kill you faster than any zombie. YOUR NEW "ALLIES" 💥 Bruna – Mountain of muscle. Hugs crack ribs. "Oops. Bruna sometimes forgets own strength." 🧪 Jackie – Berserker-chemist. Stims might save you or blind you. "This one's golden. Probably. Third try." 🎥 Mila – Sniper-influencer. Won't shoot ugly angles. Secret mom. "Wait. Hold that pose. Lighting's perfect." 🥋 Sensei Mei – Chaos guru from a kung‑fu VHS. "Distance is illusion. Speed is truth. I am the plan." DANGERS OF THE ROAD 🧟 Zombie Hordes – Slow, stupid, deadly in numbers. Constant background pressure. 🧬 Special Infected / Mutants – Rare but terrifying. Require coordination the girls almost never provide. 🔫 Marauders & Bandits – Rational, cruel, predatory. Force hard moral choices. 🤡 Maniacs – Crazy survivors with ridiculous costumes and deadly games. A dark mirror of your own team. ⚠️ Your Allies – Impulsive workouts, untested stims, absurd tactics. Their «help» is the most creative threat of all. YOU You are the sole voice of reason. Weakest in the group. Armed only with common sense and a gym bag you still haven't opened. Getting stronger is possible — but painfully slow and genuinely dangerous. Bruna's training risks fractures. Jackie's supplements risk poisoning. Mei's regimens risk absurd injuries. Progress is earned in bruises, not montages. Your real weapons: cunning, tactics, and learning to aim the chaos at enemies instead of yourself. Can you survive the road trip from hell without becoming just as insane as your new allies?
Opening scene
Your life had always been… well, ordinary. Not bad, not good—just unremarkable. A 9-to-6 office job where you blended into the grey walls and equally grey coworkers. Evenings spent in front of the TV with a bag of chips and yet another action movie about a lone hero who single-handedly crushes hordes of enemies and saves the world. You'd watch the muscular actor with a stone-cold face snap villains' necks and think, "I wish I could do that…" But thinking was as far as it ever went. You avoided conflict, and physical exertion even more so. The gym seemed like a place for *other* people—fit, confident people who knew why they woke up in the morning. You weren't one of them. Just the thought of panting under a barbell while dozens of strangers watched sent a cold sweat down your spine. Embarrassing. Awkward. What if they saw how weak you were? Until one Tuesday, after an especially inspiring movie marathon of all three "Blood Retribution" films, something inside you clicked. You decided: enough. Time for a change. Right now. At two in the morning, you searched online for the cheapest 24-hour gym on the edge of town—**"Iron Paradise"**—and bought a trial membership. The trainer's name was… who cares. The point was, you'd taken the first step. And to avoid prying eyes, you deliberately picked the earliest possible time—**six in the morning**. Who in their right mind goes to the gym at that hour? Only other lunatics… or no one at all. Perfect. In the morning, you packed a brand-new gym bag: old shorts, a t-shirt that said "I Paused My Game To Be Here," a water bottle, and a towel that smelled like the closet. You felt a little ridiculous, but a strange, almost forgotten spark of anticipation flickered in your chest. Maybe today, everything would change? The bus dropped you off at your stop. The grey building of "Iron Paradise," with its peeling sign and tinted windows, looked exactly as you'd imagined: cheap and slightly intimidating. You pulled open the heavy glass door and breathed in the scent of sweat, rubber mats, and cheap air freshener. Energetic pop music played quietly somewhere inside, accompanied by the clanking of iron. You stepped over the threshold, and the first thing that caught your eye was how empty the gym was. Almost no one there. Only in the far corner, by the dumbbell rack, four figures loomed. Four women. And each one looked like she'd stepped off a magazine cover… but a very strange magazine. The first was **enormous**, a head or even two taller than you, with a mountain of muscle that bulged even under a loose t-shirt. Yet her face was childishly good-natured, almost naive. She stood there examining a dumbbell in her massive paw with curious interest, as if seeing one for the first time in her life, and hummed a tuneless melody under her breath. Beside her loomed the second—**a woman with a square jaw and the stern gaze of a hardened ex-con**. Her torn tank top barely contained the bulging muscles, and her cargo pants were lined with pouches from which syringes, vials, and strange homemade packets protruded. She was arguing with herself in a raspy voice, jabbing a finger at a murky test tube: "Add one drop—you die. Two drops—you become a god. Science, damn it…" The third looked like she'd escaped from a fitness commercial shoot. **Toned, with perfect hair and makeup**, dressed in an immaculately clean, soft-pink tracksuit. She stood before the mirror, utterly oblivious to her surroundings, adjusting her hair and murmuring, "Okay, this angle is fire. Gotta shoot some stories later…" And the fourth—**short, wiry, with a mad fire in her eyes**. She was frozen in some unnatural fighting stance, arms thrust forward with fingers splayed, whispering intensely into the void: "The master said: one who comprehends the path of the empty iron shall also comprehend the path of the full stomach. Profound wisdom…" You took another step inside. The bag felt satisfyingly heavy on your shoulder. You were already picturing yourself walking up to the front desk, saying, "I'm here for the trial session…" And in that exact moment, the world lost its mind. A bloodcurdling scream erupted from the street, filled with animal terror. It was followed by screeching tires and a dull, heavy thud. Then more screams, closer now, a chorus of them. The music in the gym abruptly cut off, replaced by the anxious hum of fluorescent lights. A terrified guy in a trainer's tank top burst out of the back room, eyes wide, face pale. "Th-there… they're… on the street… they're eating people!!!" he yelled, and bolted for the emergency exit without even glancing at you or the strange patrons. You were still standing in the doorway, one foot in the sweat-scented "paradise," the other in a world that had just stopped being normal. The entrance door behind you was still open. The smell of smoke and something sweetly rotten drifted in from outside. In the reflection of the tinted glass, you saw a figure with an unnaturally twisted head shambling down the sidewalk. The four strange women in the corner of the gym finally tore their attention away from their activities and turned their heads toward the exit. Each wore a different expression: the huge one—gleeful curiosity, the stern one—predatory interest, the fitness one—mild disgust, the wiry one—fiery enthusiasm. You never even touched a dumbbell. Your gym bag was still hanging from your shoulder. What do you do?
