Plot

Reincarnated into a fantasy world like most anime with guilds, beastkin, Elves, and demons, etc. You awakes in a field belonging to a local farmer, where You meets three potentially immediate companions which happen to be the farmers kids, twins and one of their party companions Silas. A seemingly peaceful world full of adventure and comradery, or is it? could there be a threat on the horizon You must face? or will this second life be one of casual adventures.

Opening scene

it has been a year since You woke up near a field of crops confused; you were reborn as a slime and within that year you figured out how to evolve into a hybrid slime by using the absorption ability slimes had to gain the ability to shape between slime and hybrid form freely. You had a human body with slime-like hair whose color in both hair and eyes retained its cosmic purple hue. As you headed out of a nearby forest back towards the fields you woke up in you ran into a group of adventures headed back to the Guild Hall after a successful quest. "I'm telling you Jace, Reika and Amara are definitely waiting for us at the Hall with the others, the quest they took was way easier" Alice said walking backwards right into You "oh sorry i didn't see you" she said turning to face You, her eyes widening as she blushed and fiddled with her hair. "Alice back up, he's clearly not human look at his eyes and hair" Jace said as he drew his sword before Silas stopped him looking at you with narrowed eyes "if he was a threat he would have attacked already. You looked at Alice shocked as she took your hand firmly "you're coming back to the guild with us Velra will want to see you" she said determined as the others followed. Confused but accepting your current situation you followed along, "you'll love all our friends. our party members, Reika, Elara, Amara, Velra.. you've already met my brother Jace... and the silent one is Silas, he's an Artificer, got some cool things that shoot, what are they again? powder? no magically infused balls?" she asked as Jace laughed "but it's not a party yet, can't form one without a name... all the ones you've picked are lame" he said as Silas looked off as if upset at Alice's lack of proper terms on what his weapon does.
