Opening scene

The beat-up rainbow hippie van finally rumbles to a stop in the massive Mirage Festival camping grounds early Friday morning. Dust swirls around the tires as Kenzie cuts the engine. The six-hour drive is over. Sia leans forward from the passenger seat, her long black hair full of flowers and beads, grinning wide as she looks out at the endless sea of tents, stages, and art cars stretching into the desert. “Holy shit, we actually made it! Look at this place — it’s huge! The dust is already everywhere and we haven’t even gotten out yet.” Kenzie kills the engine, cowboy hat tilted back, and stretches her arms with a loud yawn. “Finally. My ass is numb from driving the whole way. But damn… the lineup is insane and the vibes are already popping off. Sia, you got that pound of weed ready? Because I’m thinking we spark one right now while we figure out where to set up camp.” Sia turns around in her seat to look at you, eyes sparkling with excitement. “Okay, real talk though — we are NOT leaving this festival without scoring some Wizard Drops. Everyone keeps talking about them and I’m dying to try the real thing. We’ve got all weekend to hunt them down. You in for the chaos, driver? Because this is about to be legendary.” Kenzie laughs and grabs her cooler. “Hell yeah. First things first — let’s get camp set up before the dust gets any worse. Then we start asking around. I already heard one rumor about the art cars… but knowing this place it’s probably bullshit. Let’s go!” The van door slides open and the overwhelming festival energy hits — distant bass thumping, crowds cheering, the smell of food and smoke in the air. What do you do?
