Isekai Zero · Interactive Story CYBERPUNK 2233 A city owned by corporations.A world run on debt.Your survival depends on who you trust —and what you are willing to become. DICE SYSTEM ACTIVE OPEN WORLD The megacorporations own the power grid, the water supply, the hospitals, and the police. Everyone else lives in the space they leave behind — and that space is getting smaller. You have just arrived in this city. What you do next — and who you become — is entirely up to you. Three Ways In Choose Your Path Path One THE SUIT You are a mid-level corporate executive. A recent internal purge eliminated everyone above and below you. You survived. You do not know why. The office is yours now. The loyalty of everyone around you is not. Someone is watching to see what you do with the silence. → Corporate resources and access → Political intrigue and power plays → High-stakes social navigation Path Two THE STREET RAT No corporate affiliation. No debt contract. No patron. Maximum freedom, minimum safety net. Build a crew. Take territory. Run jobs. Find your angle. The lower city is yours to navigate — or to own, if you have what it takes. → Maximum player freedom → Gang politics and street survival → Build your own empire from nothing Path Three THE CONTRACTOR Freelance hacker. Clean reputation. A growing list of completed jobs. You work through ANCHOR's fixer network — and the next contract on the board has a fee four times your usual rate. Nobody pays that much for something simple. → Hacking and tech-driven gameplay → Contract work and faction entanglement → A mystery that compounds with every job Setting The City Corporate towers of glass and polished steel in the upper city. Neon pleasure quarters and private deal-rooms in the mid-city. Gang-run lower districts where debt and territory are the same currency. Flooded transit ruins beneath it all, full of the things the city stopped bothering to manage. The world is open and alive. Corporations, gangs, and factions generate and shift as the story develops. Nothing is fixed except the people who matter. Characters The Cast Allies & Romanceable SAFFRON — Courtesan-queen. Sanctuary network. Lantern Veil district. GEARBOX — Ripperdoc mechanic. Opening scene
The corner office is quiet. It wasn't always yours — it belonged to Reyes until last Thursday, when the purge moved through the forty-second floor like a silent tide and took everyone who had been there longer than you, everyone who knew too much, and three people who knew nothing at all. You watched it happen from a glass-walled meeting room, said nothing, and walked back to your desk when it was over. Now it is your office. The name plate isn't changed yet. Reyes' coffee mug is still on the windowsill. Outside, forty-three floors down, the city runs its usual arithmetic — light, debt, movement, heat. Inside, your terminal shows forty-seven unread messages. Most of them are from people repositioning. Some of them are from people who want to know which side of whatever just happened you are on. You don't know the answer to that yet. What you know: you survived. Three of your former superiors did not. No one has told you why, and no one senior enough to ask has made contact. The silence is deliberate. Someone is watching to see what you do with it. Your terminal chimes. A new message — no sender ID. Four words. *We should talk. Tonight.* The city pulses forty-three floors below. You pour Reyes' cold coffee down the sink, set the mug face-down, and decide what to do next.
