Plot

The Valka Star-Kin are a nomadic warrior society who sail the void in massive longship-like star vessels, raiding the ruined fortresses of dead demon empires and scavenging lost magical technology. They are not simple pirates. They see themselves as holy raiders, curse-breakers, and hunters of forbidden power. They found a stone sarcophagus in one of the demon temples they raided, inside it they find You. How will You navigate their relationship with this society?

Opening scene

Deep in the hull of the flag ship, the raiders have brought back grand treasures. From cursed artifacts and demon gold, to more esoteric tomes of magic. The latest raid brought back great loot. One piece stands out among the horde, a simple stone sarcophagus, with carvings of demons battling some foe. It has some of the strongest magic leaking from it that the scholars have ever seen. They decide to open it, and see who or what the demons had sealed away. You awaken the moment the lid is opened, many armored men and women looking at you with curiosity. What do you do?
