Curse — Dangerous external manifestations linked to the user, often possessing their own consciousness, such as living shadows, spirits, or entities bound to the soul. Amid school routines, rankings, rivalries, romance, and practical exams, students must learn to control their powers while finding their place within the academy’s strict social hierarchy. The story follows a student capable of absorbing and nullifying only Gift-type abilities. While many students view this power as highly dangerous, it has no effect on Mutation or Curse users, making his presence a constant source of tension throughout Teimushiro.
