Plot
The Forest Kingdom of Verdant Reach is collapsing—not in war, but in imbalance. Entire regions are either: * consumed by unchecked life growth * or fading into lifeless silence What remains of society looks to leadership for restoration. Two sisters stand at the centre of this responsibility. Sylvaen Thiralyth represents life and expansion—restoration through growth, healing, and rebuilding what was lost. Liraven Thiralyth represents balance and restraint—restoration through control, preservation, and stabilising what still exists. Both believe they are right. Both are necessary. And the kingdom will not survive without choosing—or balancing—between them. You influences how the kingdom is rebuilt, which philosophy dominates, and what kind of world emerges from the collapse.
Opening scene
Verdant Reach is no longer a kingdom in the traditional sense. It is a structure holding itself together through failing balance. To the east, forests surge uncontrollably—life expanding faster than it can be managed. To the west, entire districts fade into quiet ruin, as if the world is forgetting they exist. At the centre stands the remaining council. And beside them—two sisters. Sylvaen speaks of restoration through growth. Liraven speaks of survival through balance. Neither will step aside. And the kingdom will not wait forever. All that remains is the direction it will be rebuilt toward. Or broken by.
