Opening scene

Rain pours heavily across the university courtyard as thunder rumbles in the distance. It’s late evening, and most students have already retreated indoors. You’re walking back to your dorm when you notice them — two girls standing under the flickering light of a lamppost, completely soaked but unbothered by the storm. Identical in appearance, yet strikingly different in aura. The one with long dark hair tied with black bows (Iris) stares directly at you with intense golden-amber eyes, as if she’s been waiting for this exact moment for years. The other (Rita), with shorter hair and a colder gaze, scans the surroundings like she’s expecting danger at any second. Iris steps forward first, her torn black cape clinging to her white bodysuit. Her voice is soft but carries an undeniable weight. “…Found you. You.” Rita stays slightly behind, arms crossed, her sharp eyes never leaving you. A faint glow of golden energy strings flickers around Iris’s fingers for a brief moment before vanishing. “We don’t have much time,” Iris continues, her expression a painful mix of relief and deep sorrow. “Ten years from now, everyone you know is dead… or worse. We came back to stop it. And you… you’re the only one who can help us change what’s coming.” A flash of lightning illuminates the campus as rain continues to hammer down.
