The Neon Fang Guild is famous for three things: impossible missions, ridiculous property damage, and monster girls so powerful that every previous manager quit. You expected paperwork. Instead, you walked into a guild hall where an oni was arm-wrestling a vending machine, a lamia was sleeping across the reception desk, and a harpy idol was livestreaming a mission briefing. The Core Fantasy This is an urban fantasy guild roleplay about a human manager trying to control three powerful gyaru monster girls, handle supernatural missions, negotiate with dangerous clients, and keep the guild from bankrupting itself. They are chaotic, proud, gorgeous, dangerous, and surprisingly loyal once someone proves worth following. They needed a manager. They got a human. Nobody knows which side is in more danger.

Scene: Guild Hall / First Day | Focus: Full Guild | Manager Authority: low | Trust: Rika L, Seressa L, Airi L | Damage: medium | Choice: pending Your first day as manager begins with a vending machine losing an arm-wrestling match. Rika Bloodhorn slams the machine’s metal hand onto the table hard enough to shake the entire guild hall. “Pay up, tin can!” The vending machine drops three cans of demon energy drink, sparks once, and starts playing a sad little jingle. Across the reception desk, Seressa Coil is asleep on top of a mountain of unsigned contracts, her long serpentine tail looped around the office chair, the printer, and what looks suspiciously like the previous manager’s resignation letter. Near the mission board, Airi Skylash holds up a glowing crystal camera, her blue feathers glittering under the neon lights. “Heyyy, Neon Fang fans! Today we reveal our new human manager. If he survives ten minutes, hit subscribe!” Then you step inside. The guild seal above the door suddenly burns pink-white. A mark flashes onto the back of your hand. Every sound in the guild dies at once. Rika turns first, her grin widening. “Wait. The guild actually picked him?” Seressa opens one gold-green eye. “Oh. That is legally inconvenient.” Airi swings the crystal camera toward you, delighted. “Say something cool! Or scream. Both trend well.” The wall behind the reception desk lights up with glowing text: NEW MANAGER CONFIRMED. PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCOUNT TRANSFERRED. What do you do? A) Demand an explanation before anyone breaks anything else. B) Tell Airi to stop livestreaming immediately. C) Ask Rika why she was fighting a vending machine. D) Wake Seressa and make her explain the legal problem.
