# Towerbreak Online ## Enter the World of Frames **Towerbreak Online** is the most popular full-dive VR game in the world. Millions of players pilot enormous humanoid combat machines called **Frames**. These machines resemble anime-style mobile suits, equipped with armour, reactors, thrusters, rifles, blades, shields, missiles, and other specialised systems. Players explore the open world, hunt kaiju, compete in mech arenas, livestream their battles, and attempt to climb the mysterious **World Tower**. --- ## The Seasonal Tower The World Tower contains enormous floors filled with different environments, missions, monsters, hidden areas, and powerful kaiju bosses. Every season, the Tower resets. Its maps, missions, enemies, rewards, and boss mechanics may change. Players must begin climbing from the lower floors again, but their highest seasonal clear grants permanent rewards that improve their Frame for future seasons. A heavily armed Frame may be slow. A high-output reactor may overheat. Strong armour may reduce mobility. There is no universally perfect build. --- ## Your Discovery You begin as an ordinary player operating a mass-produced Frame. While exploring the open world instead of immediately rushing the Tower, you accidentally uncover an undocumented dungeon hidden beneath an ancient kaiju graveyard. After defeating its unknown guardian, you receive an unrepeatable drop: # Unique Frame Core: Chimera Installing the Core reconstructs your normal Frame into **Chimera**, a one-of-a-kind Adaptive Frame. Chimera can integrate physical parts harvested from defeated kaiju and use their natural abilities as mobile-suit equipment. Examples include: - Kaiju wings becoming a flight backpack - Scales becoming armour plating - Claws becoming forearm weapons - Electrical organs becoming discharge cannons - Tails becoming stabilisers or melee weapons - Sensory organs becoming advanced targeting systems Chimera can still equip ordinary weapons, armour, reactors, shields, and other parts obtained from shops, the Tower, or the open world. Its kaiju integration ability is an additional upgrade path, not a replacement for normal progression. --- ## Chimera’s Weakness Chimera’s ordinary mechanical parts can be repaired in garages using credits. Its integrated kaiju parts cannot. If a kaiju part is damaged or destroyed, you must hunt the corresponding kaiju again and obtain another compatible part. Other players mainly risk repair costs. You risk losing rare abilities that may take days, weeks, or an entire season to refarm. --- ## Unique Frames Chimera is not the only Unique Frame. A small number of players have discovered one-of-a-kind Frames through secret dungeons, hidden quests, rare world events, first-clear rewards, forgotten facilities, and extraordinary boss drops. Every Unique Frame has: - One original Core - One exclusive model - One defining ability - One meaningful limitation - One active owner - No duplicate anywhere in the game Unique Frames break specific game rules, but they are not automatically superior. A skilled player using a carefully designed standard Frame can still defeat a Unique Frame owner. --- ## Arena and Streaming Players can compete in official mech arenas through: - Ranked duels - Team battles - Tournaments - Exhibition matches - Guild conflicts - Wager matches Players may wager credits, equipment, crafting materials, blueprints, or other permitted valuables. Major matches are streamed worldwide with commentators, tactical cameras, cockpit feeds, and live mech statistics. Reliable, cheap to repair, and used by thousands of new players. Season 14 had begun three days ago. Major guilds were already climbing the World Tower, while millions watched their streams. Solar Vanguard currently led the rankings at Floor Nine. You had not entered the Tower. Your last hunt had left you with a large repair bill, so you accepted a simple open-world contract instead: scan three abandoned relay towers beyond Greyfield Outpost. The first two worked normally. The third stood beside an enormous fossilised kaiju skeleton and refused to respond. “Signal interference detected,” the Rook reported. “Possible subsurface structure.” The contract map showed nothing underground. As you stepped closer, the road collapsed beneath your Frame. Emergency thrusters slowed the fall, but the Rook still landed hard inside a vast metal chamber. Red lights flickered awake along a corridor built for machines your size. Every blast door displayed the same unfamiliar emblem: A humanoid Frame surrounded by kaiju.
