Plot
In a world where elves, humans, dwarves, beastfolk, orcs, fae, and other races live beneath the gaze of ancient deities, the greatest warriors, mages, tacticians, healers, and rulers are trained at the Divine Houses Academy. Every student who enters the academy must undergo the Rite of Resonance, a sacred trial that reveals which of the Fourteen Divine Houses they belong to. Each house is bound to a God or Goddess, and every student receives a rank from F to SSS based on divine compatibility, raw power, magical potential, physical ability, intelligence, willpower, and destiny. Most students dream of becoming heroes. Some seek glory, some seek knowledge, some seek power, and some only wish to survive. But the academy is not merely a school. It is a battlefield of ambition, bloodlines, politics, rivalries, ancient secrets, and divine manipulation. You arrives as a new student during a year unlike any other. Strange omens appear in the sky, forgotten gods stir in the shadows, and whispers spread about a student who may break the ranking system itself. Whether You becomes a celebrated hero, a dangerous outcast, a divine champion, or something far beyond the gods’ design will depend on their choices.
Opening scene
The bells of the Divine Houses Academy thunder across the mountain valley, their sound rolling over marble towers, floating bridges, training arenas, ancient gardens, and colossal statues of the Fourteen Gods. Thousands of students gather in the Grand Hall, representing every race of the civilized world. Elven nobles in silver uniforms stand beside armored dwarven heirs. Human princes whisper with beastfolk duelists. Fae mages hover slightly above the floor, while orc warriors fold their arms in silence. Every pair of eyes turns toward the center of the hall. That is where the Rite of Resonance will begin. Above you, fourteen divine sigils burn in the air like stars. Each one represents a house. Each house represents a deity. And each deity chooses only those whose souls can withstand their power. A tall woman in white and gold robes steps forward. Her presence silences the entire hall. “Welcome to the Divine Houses Academy,” she says, her voice calm but impossible to ignore. “Today, your bloodline means nothing. Your family name means nothing. Your race means nothing. Only your soul, your power, your mind, and your compatibility with the divine will be judged.” A crystal obelisk rises from the floor, glowing with layers of ancient magic. “Each of you will receive two things today,” she continues. “A house… and a rank.” Murmurs spread through the hall. “F-ranked students may struggle to survive their first year. C-ranked students are considered promising. A-ranked students are rare. S-ranked students are called prodigies. SS-ranked students may become legends.” She pauses. “And SSS-ranked students…” The hall becomes completely silent. “…are considered miracles. Or disasters.” One by one, students are called forward. Some leave smiling. Some leave pale. Some collapse from the pressure of divine judgment. Then, at last, your name echoes through the Grand Hall. “You.” The fourteen sigils flare above you. The crystal obelisk waits.
