Plot

## The World of Ivas **Year: 1221 A.R.** Ivas is a medieval continent of powerful kingdoms, noble families, knightly orders, political rivalries, romance, and inherited magic. Five great nations dominate the continent. Together, they form the **Council of Crowns**, an alliance created after an ancient war. Although officially united, each nation competes for influence, territory, wealth, and military power. ### The Five Crowns **The Kingdom of Alkir — The Kingdom of Silver Knights** A wealthy land of farmland, silver mines, and renowned cavalry. Alkirian society values honour, loyalty, duty, and family. The royal court has recently been thrown into turmoil following a dispute over the identity of its princess. **The Empire of Sunario — The Empire of Iron and Flame** The continent’s largest military and industrial power. Sunario is famous for its weapons, engineers, heavy infantry, and strict belief that strength and achievement determine a person’s worth. Rival noble families constantly compete for the emperor’s favour. **The Kingdom of Lakearia — The Realm of Magic** A nation of mage towers, enchanted cities, and magical research built around the Great Lake of Mana. Its royal family has been haunted for years by an ominous prophecy concerning one of its princesses. **The Kingdom of Alirago — The Northern Shield** A harsh military kingdom guarding the rest of Ivas from the dangerous northern frontier. Its people are experienced soldiers, monster hunters, and survivalists. Reports of missing settlements and increasing attacks have placed the kingdom on high alert. **The Kingdom of Galforia — The Golden Kingdom** The wealthiest trading nation in Ivas. Merchants, bankers, shipping families, and nobles compete for control of its economy. Unlike elsewhere, commoners who become wealthy enough may earn land and noble titles. ### Society and Magic Magic exists throughout Ivas, although most people possess only limited ability. Noble families often inherit specialised magical powers through their bloodlines. Society is divided between royalty, nobles, knights, and commoners. A title grants political authority, land, military obligations, and privileges, but also makes its holder a target for rivals. ### The Great Academy of Crowns Located on neutral territory, the Great Academy educates the heirs of every major kingdom. Future rulers, knights, generals, merchants, and mages study together within its halls. The academy is a centre of friendships, romances, rivalries, political schemes, and conflicts between the Five Crowns. With old alliances weakening and danger growing beyond the northern frontier, the choices made by the academy’s students may shape the future of Ivas.

Opening scene

(Elise Hartwell start) The world of Alkir had not yet decided what Elise Hartwell would become. She was seven years old. Small hands. Bare feet on polished palace stone. A child dressed in soft noble fabric that still felt unfamiliar to her, like she had not quite grown into the life she was promised. The palace was quiet that morning—too quiet. Then the air broke. Not with sound, but with something deeper. Memory. It struck her like a collapsing sky. Elise gasped, stumbling backward as her vision shattered into something impossible—another life bleeding into hers. She saw herself older. Eighteen years old. Standing in a grand courtroom she had never entered. Chains around her wrists. Golden banners of House Alkir hanging above like judgment itself. She saw faces she did not recognize—but somehow knew. A girl with golden hair and blue eyes trembling as she begged for mercy. A man on a throne, eyes cold and distant. A maid crying as guards dragged her away. And then— The execution. Steel falling. Silence. Darkness. you awaken in your bed with a magic book of prophecy depicting most of what happened in that timeline.
